PUBLIC TOURS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
- Tours are available for Gold Key customers, customers, dealers, school/student groups, current employees.
- All individuals must provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival for Security check-in.
- All individuals must be 13 years of age or older. (No exceptions)
- Minors (13-17) require a chaperone to tour and are not required to provide ID.
- Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early as tours will begin promptly at confirmed start times.
- Tour rosters with full legal names of each participant must be provided 72 hours in advance of all factory tours.
- No weapons of any type will be allowed onsite, including permit to carry.
- Individuals are required to leave all personal belongings, including bags, backpacks, and electronic devices (cellphones included), in their vehicles outside the facility.
- Individuals could be subject to inspection and will be warned the tour will conclude if guidelines are not followed.
- Individuals must wear long pants and closed-toe, closed-heel shoes. Shorts, skirts, dresses, sandals, and similar attire are not permitted.
- Individuals must wear all appropriate PPE and follow safety guidelines. (Site specific PPE will be provided.)
- Scheduling is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. John Deere will attempt to notify those with confirmed reservations if a schedule change occurs. However, the company is not liable for costs incurred when a tour is cancelled.
