PLEASE NOTE:

-We’re excited to welcome customers, school groups, and family members of current employees for tours by appointment only. We do not provide tours for the general public.

-Customer tours must be requested via dealer representative or current John Deere employee.

-Requested tours are NOT scheduled until confirmed by Harvester Works Visitor Services.

-Tours are scheduled on a first come, first served basis and are scheduled no more than 90 days out. 

-A minimum of 1 week notice is required for all requests. Large groups may require 2 or more weeks' notice.

-Please complete each tour request in its entirety (one at a time) before starting a new request, regardless of location.

Learn about each stage of the manufacturing process from our experienced tour guides as they escort you through the largest, most modern combine manufacturing plant in the world producing the S7 Series, X9 Series and Front-End Equipment.

Dealers, Suppliers, current John Deere Employees, current John Deere Employee's family, Educational Groups pending business case. 

***Starting April 1, 2025 John Deere Retiree and Employee Friends tours are no longer offered.**

Harvester Works Factory Tour information:

-General Tours are offered Monday – Friday (No weekends) pending availability.

***Harvester Works will be on tour shutdown starting August 18, 2025 and will resume tours tentatively mid-November 2025. NO tours will be offered at that time.

-Free for all attendees 13 years of age and older (NO exceptions).Minors (13 -17) will need to have an adult present to participate in the tour.

-Tours are 90 mins/ 1.5 h and are hybrid riding and light walking.

-Include all attendee names (legal First and Last) with your request.

-All tour attendees are required to leave all personal belongings, including bags, backpacks, and electronic devices, in their vehicles outside the facility or will not be allowed to tour.

-A photo ID is required for all attendees over 18 years old. If a photo ID is not available, attendees may be subject to exclusion from the tour. Minors are not required to provide a photo ID.
