BEFORE REQUESTING A TOUR, PLEASE NOTE:

 

  • John Deere factory tours are FREE
  • Minimum 72 hours advanced notice required.
  • Must be 13 years of age or older to participate.
  • Attendees must wear long pants and closed-toe, closed-heel shoes. Shorts, skirts, dresses, sandals, and similar attire are not permitted.
  • Requested tours are NOT scheduled until confirmed by a John Deere Tour Representative.
  • Tours are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

 

 

  • General Public Tours are no longer offered.
  • Customer tours are required to be requested via dealer representative or current John Deere employee and provide a business case.

Dubuque Works Gold Key Experience

Available To:  John Deere Customers with a recent new equipment purchase

Group Size: Limited to 10 people

Duration:  5 hours

Gold Key Tours are available to John Deere customers who have recently purchased new equipment. The Gold Key Program is designed to build and strengthen John Deere loyalty and encourage repeat business.

This exclusive John Deere experience offers the customer a behind-the-scenes look inside the factory where their equipment is manufactured. Gold Key guests are privately guided through the facility by experienced tour ambassadors and given a personalized tour of the factory line on which their machine was made. After the tour, customers have an opportunity to engage with product experts while enjoying a complimentary lunch at the factory.

Dubuque Strategic Accounts Customer Experience

Available To:  John Deere Strategic Accounts Customers 

  (May only be requested by John Deere Strategic Accounts Managers)

Group Size: Limited to 12 people

Duration:  Varies

Strategic Accounts customers comprise some of C&F's largest accounts both in operation and in business volume. Operating across multiple dealer sales areas, these customers offer special opportunities to coordinate consistent support across different dealer organizations.

These exclusive tours offer Strategic Accounts customers a behind-the-scenes look at each stage of the manufacturing process. Groups are guided through the facility by an experienced tour guide and offered the unique opportunity to walk a factory line of their choice.
