BEFORE BOOKING A TOUR, PLEASE NOTE:

- John Deere factory tours are available for customers, dealers, school groups, and employees and their family. We do not provide public tours.

- Tours are by appointment only with a minimum 72-hour advance notice required.

- Tour participants must be at least 13 years old, and all minors (13-17) must be accompanied by an adult.

- All guests 18 years and older must provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival for security check-in.

 

 

- Requesting a tour through this site does not guarantee a reservation. Each request is reviewed by a John Deere Waterloo Works tour representative and confirmed with a John Deere-branded email.

- Pants and closed-toe shoes are required. Any other required PPE will be provided.

- No photos or video are allowed during the tour.

- Gold Key Customer tour enquiries should be directed to your local John Deere dealer.
