PLEASE NOTE:

- We’re excited to welcome customers, school groups, and family members of current employees for tours by appointment only. We do not provide tours for the general public.

- Customer tours must be requested via dealer representative or current John Deere employee.

- John Deere Factory Tours are FREE.

- Minimum 72 hours advance notice required.

- Must be 13 years of age or older to participate.

- All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival for Security check-in. Minors (13-17) require a chaperone to tour and are not required to provide ID.

- Requested tours are NOT scheduled until confirmed via email by a John Deere Waterloo Works tour representative.

- Please complete each tour request in its entirety (one at a time) before starting a new request, regardless of location.
