Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early as tours will begin promptly at confirmed start times

Tour rosters with full legal names of each participant must be provided in advance of all factory tours

All visitors must be 13 years of age or older (No exceptions; Proof of age may be required)

Minors (age 13-17) must be accompanied by an adult

Guests 18 years of age and older must present valid photo ID upon arrival

Use of cell phones, cameras, and video recorders are not permitted in the factories

All guests must wear long pants (No shorts, skirts, or dresses allowed)

Shoes that cover both toes and heel are required (No sandals allowed)

Safety shoes with full metatarsal protection must be worn by all tour guests who plan to exit the tour cart including, but not limited to, participants planning to walk a factory line. Steel toed boots are NOT adequate.

Scheduling is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Changes in factory production schedules and/or tour guide availability can occur, and tours are subject to cancellation. John Deere will attempt to notify those with confirmed reservations if a schedule change occurs. However, the company is not liable for costs incurred when a tour is cancelled.
